Amsterdam, 19 November 2010 – Betronic Solutions B.V. and Redsalt B.V. today announced they have formed a strategic partnership, which aims to deliver IT near-shoring services in hardware, embedded software and other high knowledge electrical engineering services.

The newly formed partnership is a strategic move for the future development of both companies and paves the way to the next level of technical innovation. It will enable Betronic to further grow its business potential in the field of electronic engineering and design. Redsalt will benefit from the broad market access of Betronic, whereas Betronic will benefit from Redsalt’s highly skilled software development resources that ensure technical innovations. The close collaboration will benefit both companies by expanding R&D capabilities and expertise and improving resource flexibility.
