Managed ServicesOur services are provided from the near-shore location based on a Service Level Agreement. Both the client and Redsalt are responsible for the definition of the results. Redsalt is responsible for the performance of the team and delivering the results. Redsalt's Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the quality of services, on time delivery, processes and resource management. Project ServicesOur project services are mainly delivered from the near-shore location, based on deliverables and a project contract.
